Our Team Present in Anuga 2017 and in The International Animal Protein Seminay

Once more our TaglerFood´s team had been present in two important events for the Food
Industry.

Continuing our professional development, we participated with some of our clients in The
International Animal Protein Seminary, held in Quakenbrück, Germany and organized by our
represented company Sonac.

During this occasion, we had the opportunity of know the latest techniques of protein extraction
and purification, besides its applications and functionality within meat products like hams and
sausages.

Furthermore, once again we attended to the largest and most important food fair in the world:
Anuga, which was held from the seventh to eleventh of October, in the beautiful city of Cologne,
Germany.

This event counted with more than 160,000 visitors and 7,400 booths. Within the categories that
this show focused on were: fine foods, chilled & fresh foods, meat products, frozen foods, dairy,
bread & bakery foods, hot beverages, organic products and culinary concepts. The gastronomic
trends for these fair were clean label, organic compounds and vegan foods.

From all of these categories we learned and created new contacts that could make our current
product portfolio even bigger.
